Special Education Surrogate Parent Program
The Massachusetts CEC is pleased to support the Special Education Surrogate Parent Program, a federally mandated advocacy program for students with disabilities in state custody. The program provides each student with a volunteer to serve as a "parental" voice during the Team process, including the implementation of the students IEP. Visit www.sespprogram.org to learn more.
