Liam Rutter Stokes, Public Policy Chair, Clerk

Liam Rutter Stokes is the Public Policy Coordinator and Clerk for MCEC and a special education teacher for Boston Public Schools. He also serves as the Children's Action Network Coordinator for MCEC.   He has his Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and his Master's degree from Lesley University. Liam is a part-time Assistant Professor at Berklee College of Music in BIASN. Liam is dedicated to promoting inclusive practices for all students and his areas of interest/expertise include autism, mental health, intersectionality, social emotional learning, restorative justice, and building trauma informed schools.
